Mission statement
The Popular Art Centre is a Palestinian cultural NGO whose objective is to disseminate creative arts and culture to various sectors of Palestinian society to preserve and maintain cultural heritage, protect the national identity, and upgrade levels of creativity in form and content - through exchanging experiences, sponsoring talent and skills, and enhancing community-based organizations.

A free Palestinian society composed of a diverse social and cultural fabric and capable of creative human and cultural nteraction.
